DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on weekdays (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Delivery typically takes up to 7 business days, including processing and shipping. While most shipments arrive sooner, high order volumes may cause slight delays. Should a delay occur, we’ll notify you via email or phone.

SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES

Sahaa CBD Atlanta ships to U.S. addresses, including U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO locations.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking will typically activate within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, & TAXES

Sahaa CBD Atlanta is not liable for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All additional fees after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

DAMAGES

We carefully package and ship orders to ensure safe arrival; however, we cannot control events during transit that may cause loss, theft, or damage. To secure your order, consider adding shipping insurance at checkout.

RETURNS POLICY

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [support@sahaacbdatlanta.info](mailto:support@sahaacbdatlanta.info). Unauthorized returns will not be eligible for a refund, and a written return authorization is required from Sahaa CBD Atlanta.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out within 30 days for an exchange of equal or lesser value or a full refund (minus shipping costs). A 30-day satisfaction guarantee covers products purchased directly from our website (excluding sale items). Please provide product feedback for processing.

Refunds are not issued for defects resulting from improper storage or handling. Products should be stored at room temperature, away from children and pets. For incorrectly purchased items, unopened products are eligible for return or exchange.

While we strive to meet shipping estimates, Sahaa CBD Atlanta cannot guarantee delivery within specified times, and we do not offer refunds due to shipping delays.
